Received our order in 2days.
Well wrapped up.
Not the easiest to lay, as I picked herringbone but delighted with the end result. Gd quality flooring. Would definitely recommend this company.
Hi Margaret
Thank you for the review , im glad everything went smoothly for you and the pallet arrived in good condition
You have picked one of the trickier floors to lay in the herringbone but the end result when laid is 100% worth the extra work
We would love to see the finished product , if you are happy to share some images to info@protekflooring.co.uk we can share them across our socials
Thank you again for your order

Ordered samples online and they came within 2 working days. Really helped us as we had a small window of time to make a decision. I ended up buying via a reseller, and the Protek Classic Richmond Oak is a great neutral colour that can be matched with both cool and warm tones. This is the second time I have chosen this brand over other options, and I will always recommend it.
Hi Anna
What a great review ! thank you so much
You are completely right the richmond is the perfect tone to go with so many different style options
We are really glad you decided to use Pro Tek again and hope to have many more orders from you in the future

We just had the Pro-Tek Luxury Click Vinyl Excel Classic Camden Chino fitted and its amazing, the best product out there. If you did a wood floor to LVT test you would never guess the right one. Even the fitter said its the only LVT he would every have and is going to purchase it for his own house.
Hi Aston
This is great news and such a fantastic review
We know that once a fitter tries and used Pro Tek they will come back again and again for future orders
The grain texture and feel of the Click vinyl we offer means that once down you wouldnt even be able to tell that it is a vinyl
Plus the extra benefits of it being completley waterproof and minimal sub floor prep makes is the go to product
Again we are really happy to know you love your purchase and look forward to your fitter ordering in the future
Thank you

Good quality luxury vinyl this is the second time I'm going to buy it. However, I can see on the sample that the thickness of the backing has been reduced from 1.5 to aprox 1 mm, compared to the floor I bought over a year ago. This is a drop in the quality of the product probably to be able to maintain the price. This is the top notch of the protek range and people buying it are looking for quality, at least personally I rather pay a few more pounds and get the same as before.
Hi Francesco
Thank you for the review , The product that you have now bought is actually a superior product to the one you originally purchased.
This is our new Tek - Core range , this offers you the comfort of the WPC range that you previously ordered along with the strength and durability of the SPC flooring
Thank you

Great flooring and customer service was outstanding and really responsive.
We have had so many compliments on our flooring. It's easy to install once you get into the swing of it.
Maybe would advise to watch general videos on Youtube/ Tiktok for installing the Herringbone pattern before starting as there isn't step by step instructions to installing Herringbone pattern - this would be helpful for beginners/DIYers.
I would also order more than the recommended 10% as we had to order an additional 5 boxes.
BUT if it's a quality company with great customer service & amazing products - ProTek is the one to go for!
Hi Reece and Jade
Firstly it was a great choice going for the Woburn Sand , this is such a popular colour to due how versatile it is and im really glad so many other people are taking note
In terms of the additional you are completely right , we do always advise that if fitting a herringbone flooring between 12-15% wastage should be applied to the order for wastage / offcuts
Your notes regarding the company and the service really go a long way and i have showed this review to the sales team , I will look to take your feedback on board regarding installation videos
If you need any assistance with another order or any general queries in the future please do not hesitate to contact myself or the sales team directly
Thank you again
