The samples came quickly and I liked them but they did not say they were from pro tek on the back of each along with the description so it took me a while to work out as I had a number of samples. I’m not sure whether to go with you as you don’t take AMerican Express.
Hi Philippa
Thank you for the Review , We take all feedback on board , we do actually have the Pro Tek Logo on the outside of all the boxes along with a copy your invoice in the parcel.
We do take your feedback on board and will look to add a little extra to the back of the samples
We are very sorry that we do not take Amex as a form of payment however we do accept all other major cards and have the option of BACS (Direct Bank transfer)
Thank you

Very happy with company and quality of flooring. Definitely recommend to anyone. The fact that the boards are all attached with the foam backing makes it easier for the installer.
