We recieved your sample request on the 8th of September for 13 different samples , we then emailed you first thing on the 9th of September to as you that due to Royal mail postal weight limits we are only able to send 5 per customer and if you would like to let us know which 5 to send
I have spoken to you since and arranged 5-6 samples as requested by yourself of a good mixture of natural oaks from the range.
I trust that they have all arrived with you . If there is anything else you need from me please dont hestitate to email or call me and we hope that we can turn this negative into a positive

It was really easy to order the samples via the website. The dispatch was really prompt. The samples were of a good size with complete information labels. Follow up by customer service appreciated. All in all a positive experience.

We were recommended to look at Pro-Tek flooring by our bathroom fitter. I sent for samples and was impressed by the speed of their arrival, the decent size of the sample and the quality of the product. We've placed an order for the Delilah grey and look forward to seeing it in place on our bathroom and ensuite floors.
